TelluRiders understands that vacations are supposed to be fun, but at the same time, our ability to provide you with great service requires a significant investment on our part. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is below. Please be advised that Trip Insurance is available and can really help, should your plans change.

Deposits

TelluRiders requires a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost, at the time of booking, in order to secure a spot or spots on one of our tours. TelluRiders accepts major credit cards, checks, money orders, PayPal and bank wire transfers. Final balances must be paid 30 days prior to your scheduled tour. If you paid your deposit via credit card, 30 days prior to your scheduled trip, we will process your credit card for the full price of the tour, unless you have otherwise notified us of your intent to make a change.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 30+ days prior to your trip will be refunded in full, less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations made 29 days or less from the trip date will forfeit the full price of the tour. All cancellations must be made in writing via email or fax. Failure to remit final balances 30 days prior to your scheduled tour will constitute grounds for cancellation and a forfeiture of your deposit.

TelluRiders reserves the right to cancel or reroute a tour for any number of reasons, including, but not limited to: trail conditions, weather considerations, an insufficient number of participants, or other unforeseen circumstances that could prevent us from being able to provide you with a first class experience. In the event that TelluRiders cancels a tour, we will first try to provide you with an acceptable and suitable alternative tour, or refund all monies collected. If we cannot provide you a satisfactory alternative tour and we refund your trip price, that refund shall constitute the full settlement with you and TelluRiders will not be responsible for any additional expenses that might be incurred in relation to our cancelled tour.

Rider Minimums

Please note that we must have a minimum number of riders for some of our tours.  If we do not have sufficient riders, we will notify you at least 48 hours before your planned ride and present you with options.
